About Us

Your Food Evolution C.I.C. are a not for profit organisation that provide affordable cookery classes for everyone. All of the profits from individual sessions, private groups sessions and team building days go into supporting the wider community including special educational needs, over 60’s and low income areas.

The vision is to promote health, well-being and independence which will reduce social issues linked with poverty, obesity and isolation.

With our team of experienced chefs we are able to cater for a wide variety of needs, tastes and skills. We deliver inspiring, engaging and fun classes that will be remembered for a long time after.

Our values both internally as a company and what we deliver are:

The Team

Rich Sutcliffe – Founder

Rich is the founder of Your Food Evolution. He has always had a huge interest in food and has cooked for the family since the age of 10. His mission is to pass on these skills to everyone of all ages and abilities and he knows it is one of the most important skills you can have.

His background is in management and has managed large teams and has run many team building days and would now like to merge these skills to provide team building days and events through cooking.

Rich was inspired to make a difference in the community by volunteering with Down Syndrome Training and Support in Bingley and also Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food in Bradford. This is part of the reason why the company has strong social values.

Bethan Searcey – Manager

Charli Butcher – Finance Officer

Viky Sutcliffe – Outdoor Activities Manager

Viky is our Outdoor activities manager and organises outdoor cooking events for groups. This is while running her own business

This has been successful by working with a number of partners to develop links with the community including workshops with Brick Box Arts who ran recent successful events at the old M & S building on Darley Street and the Fresh Aire Do at Cliffe Castle, Keighley.

She has also provided free activities for local residents in the Keighley Big Local area.
